As February comes to a close and March is around the corner, I start to want to wear my spring wardrobe. Like everyone, I’m getting bored of my winter wardrobe and want to start bringing more florals into my everyday looks. Since it’s a little early to start wearing lighter florals, I’m leaning towards dark florals to get me through these next few weeks. Keep on Reading!
The winter time can be rough, especially if you live in a place where the weather is constantly changing. But aside from those random 50 degree days, it can get very cold. Since I’m walking much more outside in the cold since I’m in NYC, I’ve come to figure out the accessories I can’t live without in the winter to keep me warm, but still chic. Keep on Reading!
When Pantone announced that the color of 2019 is living coral, I was very excited. I don’t think I have anything in my closet that’s coral, and I think that’s due to the fact that I don’t come across coral pieces very often. Now that Pantone has announced that it’s the color of the year, I’ve seen celebrities, and even the Queen of England wearing the color, which has inspired me to add it to my closet. Keep on Reading!
Is it just me, or was January a reaalllyy long month? Now that February is finally here, and although this month can be the worst for winter, I also like to take this month to focus on myself. Valentine’s Day is approaching and even if you don’t have a special someone, and if you’re away from home like me, you can still spend this time taking care of yourself. Keep on Reading!
Once January rolls around and the holidays are over I always seem to get lethargic and unmotivated. During the first few months of the year the weather is always so random; one day it’s snowing and -5 degrees, the next it’ll be 50 degrees and sunny and all the snow melted. I stay inside more, and get very very bored, especially with my closet. Keep on Reading!
I’ve dreamed about living in New York City for many, many years now, and I’m so happy to finally be able to say I’m going to college there! I graduated high school last June, and decided to go to community college; I really wasn’t ready to go off yet and wanted some time to detox from the last four years and be my true self before I moved off to college. Ever since watching Gossip Girl for the first time about five years ago, Blair Waldorf’s iconic, preppy style has inspired me. It may have taken a while (about 3-4 years) to dress how I wanted to and imagined for years, but now that I am, it’s made me realize the one person who completely inspired me is Blair Waldorf. I can’t believe it’s already the end of 2018! What a year it has been, with graduating high school and starting college, it’s been a year with a lot of changes, and I can’t wait to see what 2019 brings into my life! Some big changes are happening in January that I’m nervous but so excited about, and can’t wait to share in a few weeks. Keep on Reading!
Christmas will be here in just under a week (I can’t believe it!), and quickly afterwards it will be New Years Eve. No better way to celebrate the New Year than to get together with friends and family and reminisce on the past year, and have hope for the new one! Keep on Reading!
The holiday festivities are in full swing, and I love to brighten them up with lights, decorations, and of course, my wardrobe. I love to wear all colors of the rainbow and sparkles, and the holidays are no exception of that. Keep on Reading!
The type of shoe you wear totally transforms a look; they can make or break it! Sometimes an outfit can’t be worn without some sort of heel, and some should be worn with flats. For me it’s always about proportion, how long a dress/skirt is, or the fit of a pair of pants can tell you exactly the right type of shoes to wear. If I’m wearing a dress/skirt that’s more fitted, I tend to go towards some type of heel to flatter my legs. Keep on Reading!
I know it’s getting cold, especially for us living in New England. It can be awful going outside whether your out for a day in the city, trying to clean off your car before going to work, etc. If I were to tell you one style tip for winter and braving the cold, it would be to leave the animals alone, stay away from real fur. I can never go a season without my favorite color combination, pink and red. With December quickly approaching, your holiday events have either already started or are about to, and you’re probably still on the search for something to wear, or want to add a perfect touch to your look with jewelry, or the perfect bag. Run, don’t walk to your computer for these Cyber Monday shoe deals ladies…. because they are just too good. Give all these fabulous shoes a home! Keep on Reading!
I can’t go a holiday season, or any season (lol) without wearing sparkles. Especially during the holidays, there is nothing better than to wear some sparkles to your events. Sparkle through the entire night, and take some fun Kira Kira videos this holiday season! Keep on Reading!
A good bag deal just can’t be missed out on, especially when it’s Coach. I’ve been wearing Coach bags ever since I can remember; I even wear my moms bags that she got years ago! The quality is so good for the price, and I’ve never had one fall apart on me even after many years of use. Keep on Reading!
I don’t think I know one person who doesn’t have something floral in their closet. Many of us once the fall approaches put away our florals until next spring; but I certainly don’t stop wearing them, and neither should you! Keep on Reading!
Tis the season! Whenever I think of the holiday season and what to wear, the first thing that comes to mind (other than sparkles, of course) is velvet. It’s the perfect fabric for the cold weather, and it has a holiday glam feel like no other. Keep on Reading!
The cold weather is approaching! The weather started to drop quickly last week; out of no where it went from being 70 degrees to 40! With this being said, I’ve been bringing out some of my faux fur jackets from Keep on Reading!
