“Are you wearing the C-.” “The CDC recommended face covering because we’re still in the middle of the global COVID-19 pandemic? Yeah, I am.” states @ajhisnandez on Twitter.
Wearing a mask is polite and considerate of others when going out in places where you can’t abide to the social distancing rules. If you’re a fashionista like I am, you’re probably asking yourself where you can find the chicest face masks for your outfits, as we’re probably going to be wearing them until there’s a vaccine (at least 18 months ahead). I’ve been scoring the Internet the past couple of weeks for face masks that are comfortable but cute, some printed others not, and one in particular with ruffles, yay! Here are all my favorites, all available to wash and are reusable.
I purchased this mask in early June, it arrived a week ago, and I’m loving it! It’s so fun, and also comfortable because it is a velcro and isn’t elastic. Wearing the regular masks for long periods of time can start hurting the backs of my ears especially if the straps aren’t adjustable, so this is a nice alternative. The mask comes in orange and black, and Tia, the owner and designer, just announced red and cream colors arriving today on her site.
I love a pretty toile print! What I also really like about these masks is you can select whether you want an elastic strap or tie. I would opt for the tie as it allows to have a looser fit.
A bow face mask! I’m in love.
Love the gingham for now and autumn, and the plaid is so chic for the holiday season.
Love the lace for when I’m wearing lace tights in autumn and winter.
This mask is so cute. I love the large gingham print and the pastel pink hue is so pretty, and of course, the bow!
