Alas, it’s the last weekend of February! As I’m sure everyone usually feels, January and February can be very long, dragged out months because of the weather. But, it almost feels like we’ve been having an early spring. Although I do wear color year round, Spring is the time for pastels and when I can finally break out my floral frocks after being locked away since August.
Pastel hues are so pretty when featured on accessories, and in march when we all may not be ready yet to throw on a whole spring look, adding pastel colored or floral accessories is a route we may go. Here is my curated list of all the accessories I’ve been eyeing for spring.
The silk belt is a perfect item to have in your wardrobe because of its versatility. I’m imaging wearing it over a dress to define my waist, or to do the same with an oversized blouse.
These Stella & Ruby oversized fuchsia earrings are so fun. I love big earrings and the tassels on these are so pretty.
The Lee Radziwell bags at Tory Burch are always so beautiful, and I love when they decide to do prints on a select few every season. The yellow is a nice pop of color on this “Tea Rose” print.
This new Coach Turnlock Clutch has the prettiest colors! This violet color is perfect to add to an all black look, and I’d wear a purple lip color to match.
In the Spring since rain is a pretty frequent flyer on the forecast I love to wear headscarves as seen on Audrey Hepburn and Grace Kelly. This Tory Burch pick has a beautiful floral print. I wore a purple leopard printed scarf last year in Central Park around this time of year here.
I’ve never been someone to wear a bucket hat, but this “Bon Voyage” printed one is super cute and I’d wear it on a rainy day.
