When the new summer arrivals landed on the Tory Burch website this past week I immediately had to stop and go scrolling through. Whenever I see the new collections at Tory Burch it’s like a breath of fresh air. The pieces are always so clean looking, new and re-imagined, and there’s always something to love (if not multiple, or everything if you’re like me and obsessed with the Tory Burch aesthetic and lifestyle.)
The Beautiful Shades of Greens and Blues Paired Together
As the lover of color that I am, what immediately caught me eye right off the bat was the beautiful rich green and blue colors paired together perfectly. The printed wrap dress in the Desert Bloom Pigment print is so lovely. The ruffles are flirty and feminine, and I love myself a v-neck neckline. The Lee Radziwill Small Bag in Norwood would be the perfect accessory to the midi dress, along with the Ceramic Charm Earring.
Hop in the pool for a swim in the Printed Knot One-piece and bring with you to the pool the Ella Printed Tote in the same Desert Bloom print. Even better, there are matching sandals and espadrilles. You’ll be the chicest one on the pool deck.
I adore the Printed Smocked Dress in the Ivory Poetry of Things print. Perfect for a day out walking with the Printed Carved-wedge Flip-flop in the same print. Wrap a scarf around your head Grace Kelly style with this scarf also in the same print, with dangling logos at the four corners! If you can’t tell, I love matching prints, and I could go crazy with this collection matching my entire wardrobe.
The country style part of the new summer collection is very intriguing. The Blythe Calf Hair Studded Clogs in Warm Honey/ Royal Tan are a new take on the basic clog and something I would definitely add to my summer wardrobe. Paired with the Sky Blue Smocked Cotton Dress, that gives the perfect modern twist to the prairie style, makes for a casual summer day outfit. Tie the whole look together with another western print carrying this Lee Radziwill Small Bag, or Mcgraw Calf Hair Hobo.
Rainbows and Fringe
I love a good fringe bag, and Tory Burch gave them to us for this summer. Woven bags featuring rainbow fringe would be so fun to pair with this Embroidered Midi Dress. The Aidan Fringe Tote is beautiful, and also comes in a fun and flirty clutch for a special brunch or lunch. Hand woven stripes on the platform Paloma Sandal are fun to girly up any summer look.
For a Classy Night Out
I’m not usually a fan of wearing an all black and white outfit, but it’s something about the classiness and simplicity of it in the summer that I love. Tory Burch came out with a lovely Embroidered Satin Slip Dress with the black flowers detailed with sequins. It would be lovely paired with the Penelope Embellished Slingback Sandal and for jewelry, the Miller Logo Cuff. Lately, I’ve been obsessed with scarves, and would definitely top this look off with the matching Floral Logo Jacquard Traveler Scarf wrapped around my neck with one end over my shoulder and the other in the front.
