The Brand Every Classic Girly Girl Should be Shopping

Searching endlessly online and in stores for classic, girly, feminine dresses and have constantly be let down when I can’t find any, or find pieces but they have a pricey tag on them. About a year ago, Julia Engel of Gal Meets Glam quite literally came to the rescue and saved all of us girls.

Gal Meets Glam Collection is a line of beautiful, feminine, vintage-inspired dresses(and jumpsuits!) and a new selection comes out each month. I’ve boughten four dresses from the line and haven’t been disappointed; the fit is perfect(they offer a great range of sizing!), the prices are amazing for the quality of dress you are getting, and they are nothing like what you’ve seen in stores before. I can’t get over the flattering styles that these dresses have from the length to the neckline, to little details like a bow tie waist or matching belt, anyone can find a dress from this line for any occasion.

Recently the brand came out with their April Collection and it is amazing and wearing one of these dresses will put you in the best spring mood. One of my favorites is the pink gingham Polly dress. It reminds me so much of a vintage dress and with a scarf wrapped around your head, it’ll leave you feeling like you just walked out of a 50s movie(which, did I mention they have scarfs to pair with the pieces?!) Matching sweaters are a new add to the collection this month, and they are perfect to pair with any of the dresses as in the spring you need a light jacket for chilly mornings. Or, pair the sweaters with a pair of jeans for a casual weekend look. The way you can easily transform the Gal Meets Glam pieces is amazing and makes them great to buy.

You can find everything from a fancy frock or a wedding guest dress, to dresses for more casual, everyday wear. I can’t wait to see my collection of GMG dresses grow overtime. They are the classic feminine dresses the market has been lacking.

Xoxo, McKenna Ramona Jennings
