Adding Pantone’s Color of the Year to Your Winter Wardrobe

Adding Pantone’s Color of the Year to Your Winter Wardrobe

When Pantone announced that the color of 2019 is living coral, I was very excited. I don’t think I have anything in my closet that’s coral, and I think that’s due to the fact that I don’t come across coral pieces very often. Now that Pantone has announced that it’s the color of the year, I’ve seen celebrities, and even the Queen of England wearing the color, which has inspired me to add it to my closet.

Here’s a little bit about the color of the year

“Vibrant, yet mellow PANTONE 16-1546 Living Coral embraces us with warmth and nourishment to provide comfort and buoyancy in our continually shifting environment.”

I love this quote from the article. Especially in the world that we live in today, the environment is constantly changing for us all whether it’s a new semester at school, moving, or trying something new. This year I hope to continue to try new things that are out of my comfort zone, and I hope you will too.

Coral is a fun and lively color, which makes it perfect to add to your winter wardrobe to add some cheer to the dreary season. Here are some coral pieces to make this winter a bit more bearable below.

Thanks for reading! Xoxo, MRJ
